환불 규정

맞춤 노래는 주문하신 한 분만을 위해 만드는 디지털 맞춤 제작물입니다. 그래서 제작이 시작되기 전과 후의 환불 기준이 다릅니다. 이 내용은 주문서의 "안내 동의"에서 미리 확인을 받습니다.

2. 제작 시작의 기준
- 회사가 이용자에게 "제작을 시작합니다"라는 안내(이메일 또는 카카오톡)를 보낸 때를 제작 시작으로 봅니다.
- "사연으로 가사까지" 상품은 가사 작성을 시작한 때, "가사 직접 제공" 상품은 곡 생성을 시작한 때입니다.
3. 제작 시작 전 (전액 환불)
- 결제 후 제작 시작 안내를 받기 전이라면 이유와 관계없이 주문을 취소하고 전액 환불받을 수 있습니다 (「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제1항).
4. 제작 시작 후 (청약철회 제한)
- 맞춤 노래는 이용자의 주문에 따라 개별적으로 만드는 것이라, 제작이 시작된 뒤에는 청약철회(단순 변심 취소)가 제한됩니다 (같은 법 제17조 제2항 제6호, 시행령 제21조). [법률 검토 필요: 적용 조항과 사전 고지·동의 방식]
- 다만 완성곡을 받기 전에 취소를 원하시면, 이미 들어간 작업을 빼고 결제 금액의 50%를 돌려드립니다.
- 완성곡을 받은 뒤에는 단순 변심이나 취향 차이로는 환불하지 않습니다. 대신 2회까지 수정해 드립니다.
5. 회사 책임인 경우 (전액 환불)
- 약속한 제작 기간(결제 확인 후 24시간, 본인 목소리 옵션은 36시간) 안에 전달하지 못한 경우
- 회사가 이용약관 제5조에 따라 제작을 거절한 경우
- 파일이 손상되어 재생되지 않는데 다시 보내도 해결되지 않는 경우
- 주문서에 적은 핵심 내용(보컬 성별, 언어, 가사)과 크게 다른데, 수정으로도 해결되지 않는 경우
5-1. 본인 목소리로 만들기 옵션
- 이 옵션은 녹음을 먼저 확인하고, 가능하다고 안내한 뒤에 결제합니다. 확인 결과 어려우면 결제하지 않으므로 환불할 금액이 없습니다.
- 결제 후의 환불 기준은 위 1~5번과 같습니다. 다만 제작 기간은 결제 확인 후 36시간이며, 36시간 안에 전달하지 못하면 전액 환불합니다.
- 주문을 취소하면 올린 녹음은 바로 삭제합니다.
5-2. 완성곡 전달의 기준
- 이 규정에서 "완성곡 전달"은 회사가 듣기 링크로 미리듣기본을 보낸 때를 말합니다. 미리듣기본은 음질을 낮추고 안내 소리를 넣은 것이라, 원본 음질 완성곡은 확정하고 결제가 확인된 뒤에 내려받을 수 있습니다.
5-3. 노래 + 캐릭터 영상 패키지
- 결제 전에 캐릭터 그림을 먼저 보여 드리고(1회), 이용자가 확인한 뒤 결제합니다. 확인 단계에서 그만두시면 결제하지 않으므로 환불할 금액이 없습니다.
- 결제 확인 후 48시간 안에 전달하지 못하면 전액 환불합니다.
- 결제 후의 나머지 환불 기준은 위 1~4번(제작 시작 전 전액, 시작 후 전달 전 50%, 전달 후 환불 불가)과 같게 적용합니다. [대표 확인 필요: 패키지에도 같은 비율 적용]
- 주문을 취소하면 보내 주신 사진은 바로 삭제합니다.
5-4. 할인 쿠폰을 쓴 주문
- 실제로 결제한 금액을 기준으로 위 비율을 적용해 돌려드립니다. 쿠폰 기간이 남아 있으면 쿠폰을 다시 쓸 수 있게 돌려드립니다.
6. 환불 방법과 기간
- 환불은 soonbi.studio@gmail.com으로 주문자 이름, 연락처, 결제일을 적어 요청해 주세요.
- 회사는 환불을 확인한 날부터 3영업일 안에 결제를 취소하거나 환불합니다 (같은 법 제18조). 카드 결제는 카드사 사정에 따라 실제 반영까지 며칠 더 걸릴 수 있습니다.
- 결제한 수단으로 돌려드리는 것이 원칙입니다.

A custom song is a custom-made digital product created only for you. Refund rules therefore differ before and after production starts. You confirm this on the order form.

2. When production starts
Production starts when we send you a "We are starting your song" message (email or KakaoTalk). For "Your Story, Our Lyrics" this is when lyric writing starts; for "Your Lyrics" it is when song generation starts.
3. Before production (full refund)
You may cancel for any reason and get a full refund until you receive our production start message.
4. After production starts
Because each song is made individually to order, cancellation for change of mind is limited once production starts (Korean E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act, Art. 17(2)6 and Enforcement Decree Art. 21). [Legal review needed] If you cancel before delivery, we refund 50% of the amount paid. After delivery, no refund is given for change of mind or taste; instead we offer 2 revisions.
5. Our fault (full refund)
- We failed to deliver within the promised time (24 hours after payment, or 36 hours with the own-voice option)
- We declined the order under the Terms of Service
- The file is damaged and resending does not fix it
- The song differs greatly from key details of your order (vocal gender, language, lyrics) and revisions cannot fix it
5-1. Own-voice option
You pay only after we check your recordings and confirm it works; if it does not, nothing is charged. After payment the rules above apply, except that delivery time is 36 hours after payment, and you get a full refund if we miss it. If you cancel, your recordings are deleted immediately.
5-2. What "delivery" means
In this policy, "delivery" means when we send the preview through your listening link. The preview is lower quality with a voice tag; the full-quality song can be downloaded after you confirm and payment is checked.
5-3. Song + Character Video Package
We show you the character illustration (once) before payment; if you stop at that point, nothing is charged. If we do not deliver within 48 hours after payment, you get a full refund. Other rules after payment follow sections 1 to 4 (full refund before production, 50% after production starts and before delivery, no refund after delivery). 5-4. Orders with a coupon
Refund percentages apply to the amount actually paid. If the coupon has not expired, it is made usable again.
6. How refunds work
Email soonbi.studio@gmail.com with the orderer's name, contact and payment date. We cancel the payment or refund within 3 business days of confirming the refund. Card refunds may take a few extra days depending on the card company. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
